Pipe Relining Sewers in Sans Souci
A complex of 7 villas in Sans Souci that share the same sewer arterial that runs along the side of a fence had been experiencing numerous issues with the pipeline.
The sewer pipe had become subject to the tidal water level, leading to a build-up of sand over time which along with tree roots that had infiltrated the pipe, was causing significant blockages. A total of 60m of the pipeline was affected and needed to be replaced or relined.
Using the inversion relining technique, the team cured and installed the new sewer line, using our Dancutter robot to reinstate the 6 junctions that had been cut off.
Our team worked hard over two days to get the reline done as quickly and efficiently as possible, to the delight of the tenants.

Sunsafe in Cherrybrook
It really began to feel like summer on this relining project in Cherrybrook, with gazebos and hats required to keep our materials and skin safe.
A shared PVC sewer located under the driveway had cracked, allowing tree roots to infiltrate and grow within the pipe, causing blockages.
Three separate areas were affected and successfully patch relined, with only minor water restrictions.

A missed connection in Padstow
This commercial premises in Padstow had a blocked sewer that ran from an old bathroom. On first inspection, it was obvious something was amiss and after further investigation, we found that the bathroom had accidentally been connected to the stormwater system that ran the entire length of the building.
As a plumber put in place a new diversion to the sewer, we relined the faulty stormwater drain and the rear to the front 90mm connection. Changes in diameter meant that we used a 3D liner which has the ability to stretch from 80mm to 100m whilst retaining the correct thickness and ring strength, as per WaterMark standards.
The business remained open throughout the project to the delight of the owners.

Combined forces in Balgowlah Heights
The owners of this residential property in Balgowlah Heights had excavated their driveway, replacing the drainage in the process.
Unfortunately, the last 10m of pipe that ran under the road could not be accessed without significant and expensive additional work, so our team combined forces with the plumber to reline the final stretch.
Starting the process with some PVC pipe left by the plumber, we were able to precisely land at the square connection to Sydney Water underneath the road, completing the job all whilst the owners were at work.
The added bonus for us was that the owners found us via a referral from a neighbour whom we had completed some work for a few months ago. Referrals are our favourite way to meet new clients and we’re always extremely grateful for them.

The Advantages of Pipe Relining for Efficient Pipe Repairs
Pipe relining is a modern, trenchless method for repairing damaged or leaking pipes without the need for invasive excavation. This innovative technique involves inserting a flexible, resin-coated liner into the affected pipe, which is then inflated and cured to form a new, durable pipe within the existing one. The result is a seamless and corrosion-resistant pipe that not only restores the structural integrity of your plumbing system but also improves flow efficiency. By choosing Pipe Relining, you can extend the lifespan of your pipes, prevent future damage, and minimise the risk of costly repairs down the line.
Embracing Pipe Relining as a preferred solution for pipe repairs offers several benefits, including reduced costs, minimal disruptions, and enhanced environmental sustainability. Since there’s no need for large-scale digging, Pipe Relining helps you save up to 50% in repair expenses compared to traditional methods, while also reducing the time and resources required for the job. Furthermore, the trenchless nature of Pipe Relining significantly lessens the impact on your property and the surrounding environment, preserving your garden, landscaping, and infrastructure. By opting for Pipe Relining, you’re investing in a long-lasting, efficient, and eco-friendly solution for maintaining the health of your plumbing system.
